Terms of Service

CompanyNow.ai

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the provision of electronic services by the operator of the CompanyNow.ai platform:

2. Definitions

Platform — the website available at companynow.ai.
Services — services provided by the Operator via the Platform, including AI Visibility Audit reports, monitoring subscriptions, and advisory services.
User — any individual or legal entity using the Platform.
Client — a User who has entered into an agreement with the Operator.

3. Scope of Services

The Operator provides AI visibility analysis services for businesses across AI model responses (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity), including:

a) one-time AI Visibility Audit reports,
b) continuous monitoring subscriptions,
c) AI Execution and AI Progress advisory services,
d) Enterprise Advisory & Implementation.

4. Conclusion of Agreement

The agreement is concluded upon the Client placing an order and completing payment. A confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided during the order. The Operator reserves the right to refuse an order in cases of false information or violation of these Terms.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices shown on the Platform are gross prices (inclusive of applicable VAT). The Operator issues accounting documents upon request. Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected plan unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Service Delivery

The AI Visibility Audit report is delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Subscription services are activated immediately upon payment confirmation. Reports and analysis results are delivered electronically to the Client's e-mail address or made available in the Platform dashboard.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of conclusion, without giving reasons, provided the service has not yet been performed. If the Client consented to the commencement of service delivery before the withdrawal period expires, this right lapses upon full performance of the service. 8. Complaints

Complaints regarding services should be submitted to: [email protected].

A complaint should include: Client details, a description of the issue, and the requested remedy. The Operator processes complaints within 14 business days and notifies the Client of the outcome by e-mail.

9. Liability

The Operator makes every effort to ensure that analysis results are accurate and up to date. Results are based on data available at the time of analysis and may change with AI model updates. The Operator is not liable for business decisions made on the basis of reports. The Operator's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by the Operator, including reports, methodology, names and trademarks (AI Visibility Audit, Intelligence Engine, CompanyNow Framework), are the intellectual property of the Operator and are legally protected. The Client may use reports solely for internal purposes. Further distribution requires the written consent of the Operator.

11. Personal Data

The principles of personal data processing are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

12. Amendments

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms. Clients will be notified of changes by e-mail with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

13. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's registered office, subject to consumer protection regulations. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the Polish Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
