Why is there no Basic level for the reputation report?+

Because a person has to check the tone ratings. At CompanyNow, an analyst reviews a sample of the ratings.

What is crisis mode?+

Eight weekly measurements, on reputation questions only. It shows how what AI says about your company changes in the weeks after a crisis.

Can you remove false information from AI answers?+

No. Nobody controls AI answers. The report shows which sources such information comes from, and the action plan suggests what you can do on your website, on review sites and in contact with editors.
