Candidates ask AI where to work, how much they can earn and what it is like at a given company. In the AI Employer Visibility Report, CompanyNow uses the same method as in the brand report, but the person asking is a job candidate. It shows whether AI names your company as an employer, what it says about it and whom it recommends instead.

For HR and employer branding teams at companies with hard-to-fill roles: in IT, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics and retail. Employer branding and recruitment agencies can order the report for their clients through the partner program.

A candidate profile is a job and a city, for example a Java developer in Gdańsk. For each profile CompanyNow asks 20 questions: 10 without the company name, for example “where to work as…”, and 10 about your company by name, for example what it is like to work there, how much people earn, whether remote work is possible and what employees say.

Answers about pay often come from the models’ memory and can be outdated. The report shows what AI tells candidates and compares it with your careers page. CompanyNow does not promise a position in AI answers.
